Her name is Irma Lopez   said that she couldn't get to the hospital quickly but she was outside of the hospital and she had her baby and nobody from the hospital helped her, so after few days she denounced the hospital in San Felipe Jalapa.

  She said that "I felt all that pain alone. No one helped me. He fell just then. He hung his head a little and I crushed it. The image of the woman with her son on the grass , still attached by the umbilical cord , went around the world and sparked outrage of thousands of people .
