A 13 year-old kid, Edgar Jimenez, was involved in the death of 300 different people. He was arrested for 3 years, and he is soon going to be released of jail on the third of December. He was also associated with the Pacific Cartel, he helped torture kidnapped people that they captured, in the city of Morelos. He is going to be free pretty soon but with restrictions to certain places.
